A second generation Tribute artist, Jesse Aron got started watching his father entertain the Chicagoland area in the 1980's. After stealing his fathers records and running off to imitate Elvis in front of his bedroom mirror, Jesse finally built up the courage to entertain a live audience.
In 1999 Jesse won first place in the Elvis Birthday Bash weekend in Madison Wisconsin. Jesse has traveled to Montreal Canada on many different showcases. In 2002 he was the first to win both days in Montreal's peoples choice competition. Jesse also has received vocalist of the year in Laughlin NV, At Jamie Coyne's Elvis Extravaganza and a letter of recognition by former Governor Scott McCallum of Wisconsin as an outstanding Elvis Tribute artist in Wisconsin
In January of 2003 Jess took home 2 first place wins at Potawatomi Casinos First Annual Elvis Competition earning him $10,000 & the honor of performing with the Jordanaires & DJ Fontana. Jesse Aron has been turning the judges heads at competitions this year and performs his tribute to Elvis with heart and soul and his vocal power carries from the love for the man and his music.
Eimpersonators had the pleasure of meeting Jesse at the Elvis in Dixieland contest held June 14th in Birmingham, Alabama where he took home yet another First Prize. Although Jesse is no stranger to winning, he looked as humble and nervous as the rest waiting for the final announcement. If you haven't seen Jesse perform live, or heard his uncanny voice, you won't want to miss him in Images of the King in Memphis this year.
